Most people want the change, but don’t want to make the
change
Maintaining or regaining your health
is something that has to be worked at. Symptoms are a wake-up call. Never
ignore them. Think about or find out about what they mean and make a plan to
CHANGE things. Diet, lifestyle? Type of treatment? Your thinking? Exercise?
Where you are living? The relationships you have? Whatever it is, if you want
to be healthy, make the necessary (and usually hard) changes.
